We know things don’t always go as planned. Whether you received the wrong size, had a damaged shipment, or need to reschedule a session, this page outlines how we handle returns, refunds, and cancellations across our store and services.

🧢 Merch (Clothing, Accessories)
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
The wrong size or item was shipped
A manufacturing error occurred (e.g., mislabeled sizing)
If eligible, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label.
❌ We do not offer returns or exchanges for changing your mind or ordering the wrong size.
Return window:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
Send the item back within 30 days
💿 Physical Media (CDs, Vinyl, etc.)
You can return physical media if:
The item is unopened
It arrived damaged or defective
We’ll provide a prepaid return label if your return is approved.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Item must arrive back to us within 30 days
💻 Digital Downloads (Beats, Sample Packs, Albums)
All digital product sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on:
Beat tapes or packs
Sample packs
Digital album downloads
If you have an issue accessing your file, contact us at support@echoholics.com and we’ll assist you.
🎙️ Services (Studio Sessions, Consultations, etc.)
We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
Cancel 24+ hours in advance: You may receive a refund or reschedule your session.
Cancel less than 24 hours in advance or no-show: The session is non-refundable.
We value your time and ours—please reach out early if you need to make changes.
