We know things don’t always go as planned. Whether you received the wrong size, had a damaged shipment, or need to reschedule a session, this page outlines how we handle returns, refunds, and cancellations across our store and services.

🧢 Merch (Clothing, Accessories)

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • The wrong size or item was shipped

  • A manufacturing error occurred (e.g., mislabeled sizing)

If eligible, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label.
❌ We do not offer returns or exchanges for changing your mind or ordering the wrong size.

Return window:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Send the item back within 30 days

💿 Physical Media (CDs, Vinyl, etc.)

You can return physical media if:

  • The item is unopened

  • It arrived damaged or defective

We’ll provide a prepaid return label if your return is approved.

Return window:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Item must arrive back to us within 30 days

💻 Digital Downloads (Beats, Sample Packs, Albums)

All digital product sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on:

  • Beat tapes or packs

  • Sample packs

  • Digital album downloads

If you have an issue accessing your file, contact us at support@echoholics.com and we’ll assist you.

🎙️ Services (Studio Sessions, Consultations, etc.)

We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • Cancel 24+ hours in advance: You may receive a refund or reschedule your session.

  • Cancel less than 24 hours in advance or no-show: The session is non-refundable.

We value your time and ours—please reach out early if you need to make changes.

📦 How to Start a Return or Request a Refund?

  1. Email support@echoholics.com

  2. Include your order number, reason for the return, and any relevant photos

  3. We’ll respond within 2–3 business days

🛑 Please Note

  • Items returned late may not be accepted.

  • Refunds are only issued once your return is received and approved.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our policy.
